To encourage employee participation in practicing good environmental stewardship, NASSCO's Environmental Engineering department sponsors NASSCO's Environmental Star Awards each year during National Pollution Prevention Week. Nominees are submitted by NASSCO employees. Individuals, teams, departments and organizations who demonstrate environmental excellence in their processes, attitudes, and actions are recognized by NASSCO's president for their commitment to our environment.
