President's Corner

I want to thank each NASSCO employee whose efforts contributed to the superior quality of each ship we built or repaired during 2011. In the present fiscally limited environment of naval and commercial shipbuilding and repair markets, your hard work has enabled NASSCO to maintain an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality ships ahead of schedule at or below budget. As we look to 2012, I am confident that we will obtain the necessary work to keep our shipyard team intact and working as the best shipbuilders in the United States.
