Description: If equipment is being procured to support a Government Contract, the following data is required within 60 days of receipt of P.O. and should be forwarded to NASSCO ILS at Mail Stop 49: If the equipment is Navy Standard and the Allowance Parts List (APL) is known, the data requirements can be met by providing a Statement of Identicality (SOI) with the appropriate APL Number listed. If the equipment is a slightly modified version of a Navy Standard item and the baseline APL number is known, the data requirements can be met by providing a Statement of Identicality (SOI) with the appropriate APL Number listed, a drawing showing the equipment modifications, and an associated Bill of Material. If the equipment is Navy Standard, or provisioning technical documentation (PTD) has been previously submitted but the associated APL number is unknown, the data requirements can be met by providing an SOI with the appropriate purchase order number and line item under which the item was previously provided. If PTD has never been submitted for this equipment previously, and the equipment is repairable (including valves 2” in diameter or above or valves rated at 600 PSI or above), the following data requirements apply: Provide one copy of complete data in electronic format (compatible with MS Office Products or Acrobat PDF) Available commercial off the shelf (COTS) technical manuals Assembly dwg(s) with full bill of material, including OEM piece part numbers, piece part pricing, delivery lead time, and shelf-life data as applicable. If PTD has never been submitted for this equipment previously, and the equipment is not repairable, the following data requirements apply: Provide one copy of complete data in electronic format (compatible with MS Office Products or Acrobat PDF) Drawings and/or catalogue cuts as applicable Replacement ordering information including OEM part number, OEM part pricing, delivery lead time, and shelf life data as applicable. 10/20/03
